  • Local Soccer Girls are raising money for State Cup Soccer tournament by selling raffle tickets for an organically hand raised 4-H pig. Cost is $10 per ticket, 3 tickets for $20. Price includes all butchering. 100% of all proceeds go to offset costs of State Cup Soccer Tournament.   • Fire District Meeting Thursday 6pm

    The Fire District meeting is 6pm Thursday evening in the Water District Board Room (agenda pending.) Two issues on the agenda for the meeting will be whether or not to hire a law firm to handle personnel issues that have been building at the district, and a review and presentation of the Risk Assessment Committee considering whether or not the District should adopt the Phil Bell Proposal of becoming an independent district (no longer contracting to San Pasqual.)
